It is annoying that you did not receive a confirmation email! Unfortunately, emails from order confirmations sometimes end up in your unwanted mail / spam box. Did you already look there? When the payment is successful, you can assume that the order has also gone through and you will receive it the next working day with the exception of Sunday and public holidays. If this is not the case, you can of course always contact us and we can personally check it for you.
No. Due to our ordered today delivered tomorrow guarantee it is unfortunately not possible to change your address details. Your order will be packed and shipped within 30 minutes.

We have rapidly changing collections. It is rare that sold out items are restocked. Be quick to get your favorite items.

Returns
We use a warranty period of 2 months. Of course there are exceptions, you can contact our customer service for this.
If you want to return your ordered item(s), you are responsible for the return and you bear the shipping costs of the return shipment. The costs of the return depend on the shipping partner you have chosen.
Our return period is 2 weeks. Usually this is already earlier. From the moment your return has been processed and you receive the email that the money has been refunded, it takes 10 business days for the purchase amount to be in your account.
